Whether it's Pilates or Better Performance you are looking for….
Our aim is to help you get results, whether it’s for health & wellness, fitness or performance. It’s never too late to start. You would be coached on the foundational movements first and then progressed to more advanced exercises at your own pace. Your ability to perform the exercises is always taken into consideration when developing our programmes. Our classes combine both Pilates and movement restoration exercises. We use exercises and techniques from Pilates, neuroscience, breath work and movement to help reduce pain, improve movement and function in daily life and to help sports people with their performance.
Our classes are kept small and friendly to provide better education and exercise progression. Our Pilates classes are always popular and we have people of different abilities and ages in our classes.
Our personalised programmes may be better if you have aches and pains in joints or muscles, are looking to improve your running or sport performance or in addition to your weekly classes as required.
Our classes are online at present, where we still coach you through the exercises.
Workshops - Learn with us
We have developed a workshop For Runners looking at assessment, gait re-education, injury guidance/rehab and performance.
For Golfers - "Improving movement for a better golf swing”
From assessment to performance looking at how restrictions in your movement, may be affecting your golf swing and exercises to improve your function We are looking to add another workshop in the series "On how to get more power in your swing"
We are also able to offer our services to local club/teams for improving speed and agility, movement skills for sport. Pilates workshops for the corporate world and Athletes/Teams or as a guest speaker to local groups
